Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all addresses within Europe. Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate postal address to avoid delays.
Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement (Monday to Friday).
- Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or fuel shortages).
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
During promotions or peak periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. Rest assured, our team and courier partners are working hard to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Order Processing

Note: Store pickups and one-day delivery services are not available at this time.
Delivery Attempts & Address Changes
- Our courier partner will contact you before delivery to confirm details.
- Deliveries are made only to the address and contact number provided at checkout.
- To request an address change, email us at info@duxta.se as soon as possible. Please note that address amendments may cause slight delays.
- After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us.
Missing or Damaged Items
If any items are missing or damaged upon delivery, please notify us at info@duxta.se within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order by emailing info@duxta.se within 8 hours of placing it.
- Cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched.
