1. Timeframe
- You may request an exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
- To initiate the process, you must notify us via email at info@duxta.se within 3 days of receiving the item.
2. Eligibility for Exchanges
- The item is unused, in its original condition (with tags and packaging intact).
- The item has a Size not fit, a manufacturing defect, or damage.
If the item cannot be exchanged (e.g., due to unavailability), you may opt for a refund.
3. Exchange Process
Step 1: Notify Us
- Email info@duxta.se with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
Step 2: Return the Item
- Our Exchange Team will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item via Registered Post/Courier to: Synexpo International, Brännsvedjevägen 249, 934 32 Kåge, Sweden
- Include your order number and contact details inside the package.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Email the courier/postal receipt to info@duxta.se immediately after shipping.
Step 3: Receive Your Coupon
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll email you a coupon code equal to the item’s value for use on your next order.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued only if an exchange is not possible. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Important Notes
- One exchange per order: Only one exchange request may be active at a time for the same order.
- Non-returnable items: Personalized or sale items are final and cannot be exchanged/refunded (unless defective).
- EU statutory rights: This policy does not affect your legal rights under EU consumer protection laws.
